Sundiver — Privacy Policy

Sundiver ("the app," "we," "us") is a one-tap arcade game. We built it to collect nothing about you. This policy explains what the app stores and the choices you have. By using Sundiver you agree to this policy.

The short version

• Sundiver has no accounts, no logins, and no servers.
• It makes no network connections and works fully offline.
• It contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs.
• We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any information about you or your device.

Data stored on your device

Sundiver saves your best score, your banked embers, and your cosmetic choices (comet color and comet trail) locally on your device using Apple's standard app storage. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes it.

Data we collect

None. Sundiver does not gather, transmit, or share any personal data, usage data, or device identifiers.

Children

Sundiver is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the revised version at this URL.
